Everything’s frozen

From the negotiations to our landscape – everything seems frozen this morning.  I’m sitting in Copenhagen unable to be at this historic meeting but also not sure it is a historic meeting anymore.  It seems very likely now that nothing is going to be finalised by tomorrow.  So for now we have to keep up with what may be happening in the plenary session via the live webcast. It’s a disappointing end to our trip here…but it has been quite an experience.
